Passionate chef and adrenalin junkie mother of two, Michelle has the credentials to create inspired experiences for Luxe Attaché. Her fearless nature gained her the role of adventure reporter on the Channel 9 show Escape with ET. Jumping out of planes, aerobatics, skiing, scuba diving, and swimming with sharks were a few of the stories she filed before turning her talents to food.
Making it into MasterChef Australia as one of the top 24 contestants saw her cooking with legendary chefs Gordon Ramsey, Nigella Lawson and Maggie Beer. In 2018 she launched of her pop up restaurant ‘Michelle e Toto’, a partnership with the talented chefs of Verde Restaurant in Darlinghurst. Her second restaurant ‘Ten’ at Medusa brought unique private dining to the Medusa Hotel in partnership with Terry Kaljo. She has worked consistently as a private chef for many high profile clients from the US and continues to private chef for local clientele of the Luxe Attaché family.
Lover of horses, car enthusiast and avid supporter of the arts, Michelle is on the Sydney Dance Company committee and a previous Zoofari fundraising Committee member for Taronga Zoo.
